10th Annual Family Caregiver Program

Health & Awareness kidney disease prevention program is a non-profit organization, that offer's a source of unbiased and comprehensive resource information to educate and pay tribute to those that help others but the service often goes unnoticed. 

Theme: Family Caregiving in Crisis

The program is a family-friendly awards event design to pay tribute to those who lovingly give baths, clean houses, shop for, and comfort individuals after surgery, manage health emergencies, and suffer isolation before and during COVID.

The COVID pandemic brought even more challenges for family caregivers during this Caregiving in Crisis, some unemployed or with challenges of their own.

Family caregivers, friends, and supporters are invited to learn about current Family caregiving issues.

Health & Awareness will present the Sandra L. Green Award to an individual whose works and deeds have served to improve the quality of life for caregiving’s act for love. 

Volunteers are needed to help make this another tremendous honor for family caregivers.

The program is free for selected family caregivers and will include printed t-shirts, certificates or plaque, bags, etc.

Everyone is invited to enjoy the speakers as they cover issues critical to new, as well as seasoned family caregivers.
