Time To Get Your Team Organized!
Health & Awareness invite business, organization or individuals to sponsor public assistance, low income or disable youth and seniors for an evening of awareness of kidney disease, preventive health behaviors and Fun!
Individuals of each sponsored team will receive bottle water & slice of pizza. Banner of sponsor will be posted over each lane, logo printed in program and sponsor mention each opportunity. 200 people in attendance. $175 per team of 5!
Individuals, business, organization or groups are welcome to participate in the kidney bowl to promote preventive awareness at _____ per bowler.
The purpose of the fundraising kidney bowl is to generate funds for kidney screening equipment. Once the equipment is purchase, Free kidney screen will be available to the Hampton Roads area for the low income and unfortunate individuals. Health & Awareness is the only kidney disease prevention organization in Hampton Roads that returns100% of all donation to the community and funds remains in the local area.
Butterflies of Support are available, volunteers offering butterflies for donation and collect $50 or more are eligible to bowl free. Collect $100 plus by June 10th receive a T-shirt and free bowling.
